Have Epi, Will Travel - authorHi! I’m Ariella. I’m allergic to nuts, soy, eggs, and fatally to peanuts; and I want to do more than just share my journey with you.

Over the years, I have learned how to manage my food allergies and successfully travel and live all over the world.

My most recent home? Israel. My original home? California.

I am indeed a millennial with the travel bug. And while that shocks no one outside of the allergy world, I know that right now it can be a bit shocking to some of us in it.

So that’s why I’m here. To help transform the dialogue from how did you travel there with your allergy?! to have you been there yet?! Allergy or not.

Traveling with food allergies can be difficult, I’m not here to play the struggle down. It can be difficult but it is very possible. It just means that people like us need to be a little extra cautious in any unknown surrounding and, of course, bring our medications along with us wherever we go.

It’s challenging, and can be scary at times. But the world is amazing and we deserve to experience it. Allergy or not.
